Coming Today: New Personalized Feed
Today we are happy to introduce the latest update to the community. When not signed in at natgeoyourshot.com, you’ll see a new homepage introducing Your Shot to the public, but once you log into your account you will see recently uploaded photos from photographers you’re following and more.
New Look That's More Device Friendly
When you visit Your Shot while not signed on, you'll now see our new homepage designed to introduce Your Shot to those who may be interested in the community but haven’t joined. We're also starting to make our pages more responsive on any device you may use to access Your Shot. As Your Shot continues to evolve, more pages will become responsive.
Previously, when you signed into Your Shot you were shown a carousel of various open assignments, published stories, and blog posts. What was missing was a personalized experience, allowing you to see what was happening and stay up-to-date with your fellow photographers' activity.
When you visit the homepage now you will see a feed that shows you announcements from the team, as well as recently uploaded photos from photographers you follow. There are over a million follow relationships that have been made. Your feed will bring these relationships to life, allowing you to stay connected with your fellow photographers as you see the work they're sharing.
