Hueniverse Update: New Features
Hey everyone! Here's a quick demonstration of what we've been working on since the last update.
Manual Start and Next Buttons
We've added manual Start and Next buttons, giving you more control over the experience instead of having everything start automatically.
First and Last Labels
We've also added labels to show which tiles come first and, you guessed it, last. It's a small addition, but we think it makes a big difference in clarity. Haha!

Moth Survivors - UI Elements
The final bit of assets made for Moth Surivors! Icons! A good chunk of the game would be management, so the iconography was going to be important. Besides showcasing the prototype characters, we also have icons for every powerup and pickup in the game, health, xp, money, etc.

In Moth Survivors we wanted every "Agent" (the characters you build throughout the game), to feel different. Ended up being a bit too big of a scope for our little team!

Moth Kaijuice - Game Mockups
We decided early on that due to the jam's length, we'd be limiting the game to two scenes. A lab where the player would mix and match their kaijuice, and the city the kaiju would destroy. We planned to have beat-em-up elements but it was scrapped due to the time constraints as well.
