Had it really been that long? Meenah wonders,scratching the back of her hair.  It had been years since she had last seen her sister and Meenah wasn't exactly all that pleased to either. She thinks for a moment,crossing her arms over her chest.

She could talk to feferi now or later. Meenah'd personally prefer it to be now as She walks over to her. "Sup, Shortie. Been a while,ain't it?"

Jade jogged down the hallway of the dorm, checking the numbers as they passed by. When she got to the one that was written on the paper she'd been given at orientation, she halted abruptly and hesitated in front of the door. She was the tiniest bit nervous, but her curiosity and excitement quickly won out, and, smiling with anticipation, she tried the knob.

Finding it locked, she shrugged and reach into her pocket and... discovered that she was already missing her key. "Oh no!"

How had she possibly managed that? Readjusting one of her heavier bags to rest more comfortably on her shoulder, she grimaced. Nothing for it but to wait, she supposed. She wasn't about to lug all of her stuff back to the administrative offices to sort this all out, and she certainly wasn't going to leave everything unattended.

She leaned back against the wall, tapping her feet and drumming her fingers and just generally trying not to feel to fidgety. She wasn't really very good at waiting, but she wasn't quite desperate enough to pick the lock. Yet.
