Soooo... First try of sourdough brioche. For my husband, I agreed to try another type of sugar to make this recipe. But personal verdict : not very satisfying in terms of taste. And visually... I’ve seen worse things coming from me during my first products (except that at that time, I had my trainer to guide me and avoid more massacre) 😁

The type of sugar used proved to be too subtle, and as a result the sourdough took over.

Well, it’s not the end of the world. I’ll do another test that will be much better with another type of sourdough and another type of sugar.

And anyway it is by failure that we learn. The one who never makes mistakes learns nothing.
