14: If you are outside, what are you most likely doing?

Talking with someone. I sit outside at night or in the evening just to talk to people.

23: How do you vent your anger?

Usually confiding in someone I trust, or writing about it on my vent blog. If I’m mad, a lot of time I’ll channel that into a project with art or writing, or even exercise.

28: What's your biggest "what if"?

Right now it’s what if I’d focused more on my love life over my friendships when I was in college. Huge regret.

1. favourite place in your country?Probably the tiny village I grew up in, or somewhere along the fjord there. I also really like Oslo, mainly because it’s the most convenient public transport-wise. My fave spot in Oslo might be the roof of the Opera house, or the Frogner park.

5. favourite song in your native language?My favourite from childhood is “Nordmannen” (The Norwegian/The Northman) also known as “Mellom bakkar og berg” (Between hills and mountains), which is about how the first Norwegian decided to settle here, because the spring sun made up for the harsh winters.A more modern favourite is probably “Stjernesludd” (Star-sleet) by Dumdum boys, a sort of depressing and cynical songs about how shitty and fake things are, but when we make snow angels we’re in heaven.

7. three words from your native language that you like the most?- Kjæreste: a gender neutral word for bf/gf/date-mate (lit. meaning: dearest).- Askefast: A new word that came about when people were stuck because of the volcanoe(s) in Iceland halting a lot of air traffic in Europe, thus causing them to be “ash-stuck”.- Høyesterettsjustitiarius (Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Norway), because it’s a ridiculously long word.

30. do you have people of different nationalities in your family?No close relatives that were born abroad or are of foreign ancestry that I know of. I have a lot of cousins, two of whom live abroad (in Sweden and the US), but neither was born there (though their children were). Another two of my cousins have lived abroad semi-permanently (in Australia and Greece).

hmm my favorite playlist at the moment is called “FINE i like ****” and i’ve basically had that one on repeat for the past few months

i don’t know if this really counts but i’ve always like the 12 dancing princesses. if that doesn’t count, probably beauty and the beast.

13. Do you like it when people play with your hair?Yes, as long as they ask permission or are someone I’d be okay with doing it.

94. How many sweaters/hoodies do you have?Oh shit! That’s a lot! I have three hoodies, a flannel hoodie/jacket, eleven sweaters (two of which are ugly xmas sweaters), and two cardigans. I only wear like 5 of them, though.

113. What was your childhood nickname?I can’t remember having one. Maybe “Maja Smågodt” because of my sweet tooth and my middle name rhyming with that last word (which means pick-and-mix, literally: small candy).

127. What makes you happy?Music, friends, TV, rainy days indoors, colourful autumn leaves, a sea breeze, going swimming in the fjord/sea in summer.
