The Los Angeles Dodgers asked Nezza to sing the Star Spangled Banner in Spanish, as it was commissioned by Roosevelt in 1945, and then last minute changed their minds and told her not to sing it in Spanish.

And then when she did anyway, in peaceful protest, they banned her from Dodgers events.
