As the name intails, Heir is Octavio's successor. He grew up in the safety of the castle, learning the art of music and dance, things that will aid him, should he take over.

However this upbringing caused him to be arrogant, boastful, and antsy for the invasion of inkopolis. But since he must wait for his debut to properly join the Octo-Court, he's stuck sneaking off and dragging his bodyguards to secret performances and sparing.

He Really Really hates Agent 3 because he delayed Heir's first debut.
