Tried out a nighttime picture with @littleselkie Saturday night! The lighting isn't too bad but it'll be fun taking different lighting pics! Jacqui has awesome mermaid hair! We went with a whole color change, previously purples and blues (pics all over my page :p) to more magenta-y pinks. I started by applying @pulpriothair lightener with 10vol and @olaplex to her roots first, they lightened to a level 11 from a level 8, and then I applied @pulpriothair lightener with 10vol and @olaplex to her ends and half way up the midshaft of the hair, leaving some of the purple by the roots and a little on the midshafts, basically using a balayage technique. About 15-20 mins later I rinsed and shampooed then blow dried. @littleselkie helped with the blow drying 💕(you're the best!) while I mixed up her formulas. I used color from @pulpriothair and a some colors from @joicointensity and applied the color to roots and midshaft only. I left the ends out because I wanted them to grab the color in the sink as I rinsed her hair. After letting her sit for 30 mins we rinsed. Another hair transformation from this weekend at my salon Hair Craftt in Henniker 💕 Kati came in with loonnggg hair (swipe to see before pic) and wanted a change so we went for a long bob. I did the haircut first then went through and added a few low lights to break up the blonde on her ends and then I added some baby lights and balayage to brighten up some blonde and keep it more natural looking so the grow out is easy to maintain 💕 thank you so much @beatonbride for your trust!
