Like seriously is it just me or does Nebula & Mantis sound like the most perfect “grumpy badass + adorable sunshiney innocent” ship in a long time??? 

I mean I know Mantis’ timidness would make that impossible (especially if Neb was still tense as fuck) but after Nebula chills the fuck out, and Mantis actually gets to grow into her own person more, (if you take away Ego and the submissive existence she had to live with him, she just might be the most adventurous wide-eyed gal in the galaxy, who knows)....
