heathcliff: adhd, struggles especially with lack of stimulation, gets anxious and spirals into negative thoughts if left listless for too long

sinclair: bpd, the anxious kind, needs reassurance or severely spirals and doesn't think he's good enough for his fp; has a weaker immune system because of stress and is prone to falling sick

evolves at level 45 regardless of other evolutions available. friendship level doesn't affect evolution. alternatively, evolves just by being in the party while level 45 or above, like maushold.

i feel like she'd do best statusing or passing wish along, but you could also get the odd huge power + giga impact/return or adaptability hyper beam in there to really mess with people

she gets elemental status moves (will o' wisp, thunder wave, aqua ring, etc) but not damaging elemental moves like flamethrower or whatnot. basically you see one of these on your opponent's team and have no idea what build it'll be
