but i think the lobotomy happens when gihuns being very rebellious in a way inho cant control. hes trying to escape in any way possible, therefore putting himself in danger. hes also trying to commit suicide.

so inho does it out of what he calls necessity. he sees it as the only to make gihun stop this behavior. its so that gihun stays safe from himself

the lobotomy makes gihun forget a lot of things, makes him easier to manipulate and more submissive, and makes him rely on inho for almost everything

my unpopular ( ? ) opinion is that i genuinely hate the fanon interpretation that inho was parentified as a teen because he was 16 when junho was born when there’s … NOTHING in canon to suggest that LOL . it’s very clear that he and junho were close before all of that fucked ass shit , but ive seen so many people get genuinely irate at junho for ‘parentifying’ inho when 1) he was a kid 2) there is nothing to suggest that. Hello. Why would that be his fault he’s like 4 years old

this is so valid. personally i really enjoy that headcanon, because to me it explains why junho is the way he is about inho, (and because i love the angst of it) but thats all it is—a headcanon. junho can still be that dedicated without inho being like a father to him.

but i dont understand why theyre getting mad about a headcanon THEY created?? LMAO especially at junho.. theyre acting like toddler junho forced inho to parent him😭

and i know inhos an asshole but i cant imagine hed feel any animosity towards his brother for having to parent him. i always imagine he parented him because he chose to step up because he loved his brother and wanted to be in his life, not because he necessarily had to step in.
