Jin-Sang: I just had to talk Shonice down from wanting to try for a baby. Hearing Scarlett is engaged will rile her up again.

Andreas: Not my problem, but I did notice there still isn’t a ring on her finger. I don’t know any couple who have been together as long as you two who aren’t already engaged, married, or having babies.

Jin-Sang: Thanks, dude. I’m aware. Let’s just say it’s complicated and leave it at that.

Andreas: “Complicated?” Uh-huh.

Jin-Sang:  What the eff is that supposed to mean?

Andreas: I thought you were ready to pop the question. You did buy those two wedding cakes the other day. But things always seem to be “complicated” between you and Shonice, so thanks for proving my point that Tessa and Ravi are the better choice for Watcher-parents (sees Jin-Sang’s confused face). You have no clue what I’m talking about. Do you and your girlfriend communicate at all?

Jin-Sang: (through gritted teeth) We communicate just fine. In fact, by not communicating this, she communicated that she understands me better than I realize. Because I love my girlfriend and because there are a bunch of innocent babies behind me, I’m going to walk away from you right now. Tell Shonice I’m waiting for her in the car.
