Every night, I need to do SOMETHING. Anything. A workout a night could mean the very best for my altogether health. I always feel sickly, and my stomach always hurts after eating anything; healthy food or non. But more importantly, I don't want to become the person I have dreamt of, in such a sickly state. I want to be able to celebrate when I get to that goal. Not lean towards a "maybe" to invitations because I might feel ill.
