Context: A couple of months ago, my Pokémon hyper-fixation started spawning ideas for the "Verida" region. It's based off of Florida, and so far, I've made some Pokémon and human characters. (The region isn't meant to be true to Pokémon game or story tradition, btw.)
Nihilpolitan wasn't the first fakemon I came up with for Verida, but It's one of my favorites, so I picked this image for my first Verida post. I'll elaborate a bit more on this species' conceptualization in later posts, to keep this one more readable.
Also ofc these guys don't come with collars, this Nihilpolitan specifically is Napoleon, and I'll post his trainer sometime later too.
