Power warm up as usual. I felt my abbs numb. It was great because these days I have a lot of tension and aggression in me. So it calmed me down to the point I got rid of all that by the time we got to the techniques.
We repeated the kihon with the basic attacks and how to break them:
the more difficult attacks: morotedori, katadori menuchi, katadori kubinage, muna dori.
Tachi waza from kata dori attack:
I did the irimi nage part with a big tall guy about 90 kgs. It was difficult, but he made sure to tell we whenever my technique was efficient. He was a lot cooperating. From about 20 to 50 throws I managed to do 2, 3 properly, and all were on the right side, obviously.
pay attention to the tegatana (Sensei pointed out I am not holnding my hands high enough)
work on my left more, start on the left maybe, get more confident about my left, don't just think of it as my weak part but as a part that has a lot of potential to improve
I need training so bad, I wish we had some today, too. I need a boxing sac!!! I want to buy a jumping chord in spring and jump in the garden in between training days. I don't want to overdo it either, but right now I need it a lot.
