This, is Fumetsu.
Fumetsu is a fusion of both Nikushimi(Carice) and Hikari(Rexx), but taken a level higher. In this form they are 1 being, unlike a normal fusion, which is 2. They would never resort to using this form for any reason, unless absolutely necessary....

Also, their weapon is Boiboku, a fusion of Boido and Haiboku, Carice and Rexx's weapons...
