#throwback to Penang. I don’t know the exact name but this Indian Pakistani snack called Nimko or Mix or namkeen I really am not sure. This is addictive. It is so delicious and flavorful. We have this available here in Jeddah but there is no comparison when it comes to the taste. The one here is blah. Chatpati Nimko Ingredients:

Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Turmeric extract 2 tbsp Green Chilli 2 Chopped Onion 2 tbsp Chopped Tomato 2 tbsp Chopped Capsicum 2 tbsp Nimko 2 cup Chat Masala 2 tbsp

Proceudre:

Add all the above mentioned things in a bowl and mix well.Sprinkle Spices of your own taste.Enjoy this Spicy Nimko.
