So since Kai got Monstrosity and Monstrous Journey, I think all of the ninja deserve their own mini spin off, but in different styles from each other.

Nya gets a survival show. Finding clean drinking water (she's a natural), building shelters (not so much), starting a fire (even less so)... Just pushed to the limits of human endurance but also the audience is getting the strange vibe that she is maybe living her best life.

Jay gets an office sitcom. Problems like paperwork and pudding cups are blown out of proportion, and Jay is trying to establish a good work/ video game balance in an environment that he is never allowed to leave.

Agent Jay Walker: Who took my pudding cup? My name was clearly written on it!

Agent SsssSsss Underwood: *backing out of the room* I'm not sssure.

Agent Roderick Allen: *stares directly into the camera*

Zane gets a nature documentary, narrated by someone with an incredible accent: And here we view the wild Nindroid preparing to enter a state of hibernation. Lloyd gets a Vlog, but a really, really depressing one. It's time for breakfast and he pours himself cereal but then he realizes that it is Jay's favorite cereal. So then he stares at the box for a while and eventually decides breakfast is over. He gets more and more disheveled and exhausted as the series goes on, until one day it changes and he's showered and is cheerfully telling the camera that KAI IS BACK and his life has purpose again.

Cole gets a family sitcom. It follows the escapes of trying to raise a Serpentine, a Formling, and potentially a Skeleton (no one really knows if she's the cool aunt, college aged niece, or third child). Geo is busy with running his small business, so Cole is left to defend their junk heap home from intruders while also trying to homeschool the kids. Everyone is really bad at communication until the end of each episode where they hug and are happy again.

So since jay seems to be getting his memories back here is my idea

So Jay, Nya and Kai sneek into the administration to get jays memories back

And they almost make it but as they enter the room with the memories they get caught and attacked by security. So nya guards the door and fights security.

So it's on kai and jay to find and restore jays memories. Which they manage

But Jay memories return from most to least traumatic starting with skybound

So now we have jay falling to the ground screaming and crying with kai who has no idea what he's on about. And thinking they got the wrong memories trys to get jay out of it. That then gets nya to abandon her figh rush over and just hold him till he gets his good memories back

This all could be something ENTIRELY different but this just has to be more flashbacks on how Jay lost his memories to begin with right. Jay is still wearing his Pre Merge core suit and everything! ( I'll have more fan art ready in the next day or two!)

I think a fun way to incorporate both more Administration stuff and Emperor Zane is to have the Administration confront the ninja about it. Like, the Administration is accusing the ninja of a bunch of crimes and someone says every crime they commited was to protect people and the Administration just locks onto that like blood in the water "including your robots atrocities in the Neverrealm??"

It would not only FINALLY bring up Emperor Zane (please season 4 part 2, pleeaase) but also it would add a weird layer of the Administration being in the right. Give the older ninja a bit of a moral conundrum and the younger ninja a bit of confusion as they try to figure out what's being kept secret from them. I know Arin just had hos whole "The ninja aren't perfect :((" arc but that was very directed at Lloyd, not the others. Even better if the older ninja actively try to cover it up and stop the Administration from spilling everything while the younger ninja get frustrated being kept out of the loop.

Idk this is just brain stuff I'm throwing about, I just want more Administration stuff and I think it would be really cool if they tried to snatch Zane again by giving an indisputable justification for his arrest

I know we're way past agent Walker but like, pls hear me out?

So I was doing that agent walker piece I promised like a couple weeks ago, and I had a thought. Like, I read a lot of fanfics where the administration was painted as wanting to strip people of individuality. Pretty sure we don't see much of it in the show. Like, sure, they're all "agent" and they all wear suits but that's not much. So I was thinking, what if the administration not only had uniforms, but also dress codes. Like you know, your hair has to be slicked back, can't stick out kind of dress codes. You will get nagged by a higher up or get a uniform complaint that you'll have to fill out every time your hair pokes out wrong or for messing up your suit even slightly, like a small faint stain kind of dress code. You can't dirty your uniform up or you'll need to pay for a new one kind of dress code. You have to look how they want you to all the time kind of dress code. And if you add anything that is yours, that is personal - another dresscode violation. You know, it is literal corporate hell, right.

What I mean is that it would be a subtle but really telling detail to have the agents all in like three specific hairstyles and that's all. If they want to strip you of your individuality, they would pay much more attention to the agents self expression, which is in many cases through your clothes or hair.

So I was imagining Jay brushing out and straightening his hair every morning, just for it to become frizzy after a couple hours anyways. Self control every minute, to get the agents in their heads, paranoid. Also it would be a great opportunity to have Jay in a hairstyle more simillar to what he was wearing in the earlier seasons. I feel like he'll still be okay with some uniform violations, because he probably was locked up in his office most of the day, but whenever he would go out, he'd need to put himself together.

Another nice thing is that through this, Jay would look different to how he used to. I know that the point of the ninja seeing him in season 2 part 2 was that he was a familliar face, but I mean, did he feel like Jay? That's what I'm steering at. Having him not exactly look like they remember him would also be great visual storytelling for his own lack of identity.

I understand that for the viewers sake, Jay had to look the same as his current design. But just some food for thought.

And I mean, tell me the administration doesn't have a milion files for uniform violation. They surely do.

Anyone else want to grab Lloyd and shake him by the shoulders when he brushed over and didn’t press Jay on his whole ‘the administration lied about a lot of things’ line.

Nya and Lloyd SHOULD HAVE PRESSED WHEN JAY REVEALED THEY HAD BEEN SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR HIM AFTER THE MERGE!! BECAUSE WHAT DO YOU MEAN??

Genuinely WHAT is going on with the Administration, why were they so dead set on having Jay, why didn’t they press harder, will season 4 give us answers??? I HOPE SO

Seriously what is going on with that place and why does it get creepier every season!
