Sornieth Pride Day 18: Agender
Day 18 is for Agender Pride! Agender dragons feel no gender at all, and I have quite a few of them to share:
Papillon (they/them) the blacksmith doesn't really have a 'gender' and doesn't speak, staying masked at most times and presenting androgynously. They deeply hate being misgendered by others.
Neowise (they/he) is a construct and has no inherent gender, though he doesn't mind being referred to as masculine, as it reminds him of something he can't quite remember anymore...
Nirah (they/them) the messenger is a guide for the dead souls that need help passing into the afterlife. They are less concerned with the mortal idea of gender and more with the individuality of each soul.
Rosarin (she/her) the soul mage feels no connection with gender or her body in general. She's more concerned with working her soul magic and experimenting with new spells.
Olorea (xey/xem) is the clocktower keeper who lives out in the sandy desert reaches. Xeir gender is alien and unknowable to Sorniethian dragons, and has no Draconic language word.
Lucky (they/it) the spirit has no gender, having lost it long ago with many of its memories. They spend much of their time drifting place to place with their raven guide, trying desperately to remember.
Shadow (she/it) does not feel any inherent connection to gender and largely identifies as genderless. She devotes her full self to the worship of the Lightweaver.
Happy "Discourse over people thirsting over a manticore" season, Lioden players
For further context, Nirah is a snake and Cyril is a dhampir so he's got cold hands which is Not Allowed. She likes to be warm
The angle relationship and platonic nirah I strive for
[Image ID: A knee-up sketch of my OC Nirah. She is a demon like being with tan skin, dark reddish brown hair and bright silver eyes. She is wearing a galaxy print robe, stars twinkling in the fabric. Nirah looks as if she froze while walking, her tail swept in front of her as a barrier for protection and a concerned yet unamused look on her face. Her tail is thin and has a ridge down the side of it ending in a flame, her wings are simple yet sharp in shape, and her horns are triangular. All three of those features are purely white. End ID]
This is my deposed Astrological Devil Queen, Nirah! She's 'Queen' in part due to the fact that the star she's connected to isn't actually a star, but a white hole. Her racial heritage/heirarchy because of the white hole gives her an unusually supressive aura, and most ADs that meet her (under normal circumstances) would follow her orders and feel unusually close to her. Nirah is 'deposed' because instead of wanting to follow traditions, the elders kicked her out of their home star system and replaced her with one of their own! Hooray democracy.
She desperately wants to go home, but can't due to her now fugitive status. Her greatest wish is to see her extended family again.
