“I can feel other things, asshole!” not that he liked to actually talk about it. The incidental comment had been somewhat of a lamentation he had not meant to go anywhere, but Shinsou’s comment somehow managed to make his hackles rise. He huffed “sides.. ‘asshole tendencies’ aren’t feelings.”

      “Huh.” A hand rose to scratch at a spot beneath his chin, expression otherwise completely unperturbed by the other’s aggression. He wasn’t sure he’d ever considered Bakugou Katsuki to be an actual threat. 

     “That’s news to me. Were you actually going somewhere with that though? Or was it just.....like....... something you said because you just say things sometimes?”

 “Did you see him clear the obstacle course earlier? He’s gotten really good, it’s kind of weird to think that we’re sort of like the best of the best y’know? Like one day most of us are going to be parents. How weird would it be growing up and seeing your mom or your dad, or both on the news all the time.” 

 Denki stretches out, having finally traded in their gym uniform for something lighter. Just shorts and a shirt, nothing special. 

 “I think Sero would be a good dad, he has a couple sisters and he’s really good with them. His family, they- they really care about each other.”

 Sometimes Denki is sure that Katsuki lives, breathes, and surrounds himself in nothing but working towards becoming a hero. Which, he’ll admit, isn’t exactly unusual given the fact that they do go to UA and this is what they’ve all been dreaming of. 

Whatever. 

The point was it’s kind of weird seeing Bakugou out shopping. He doesn’t seem like the type to enjoy the sort of activity, but then again Kaminari does remember them talking about his parents careers in the field. 

He doesn’t see any parents though, unless Katsuki’s father is an large man with an elephant trunk which- does not seem likely. They bare no resemblance and so there’s absolutely nothing stopping him from bugging the boy besides maybe a sliver of self preservation. 

Like usual, he ignores that.

“Yo! Bakugou! What are you doing here?” Comes the loud (obnoxious) call from several yards away before Denki’s jogging over. His hand slaps the other boy’s back lightly as he comes up from beyond, a genuine smile pulling at his lips. 

“I thought your parents did your clothes shopping!”

“Hey-! You wanted to go skating at some point, right? I was thinking maybe we could go today, you’re free aren’t you?”

 The excitement behind the blond’s words are thinly veiled, a wide grin on Kaminari’s face as he catches the other boy. He’d been looking for Katsuki for a while, having been planning the outing in his head throughout the morning.

‘ friendship is better because friends help you move. they drive you to the airport. boyfriends just… love you and marry you. ’ //trying to keep denki from dating Sero Perhaps??

 “Love and marry you, huh?” 

 The question’s posed with a fair amount of amusement, considering the fact that, well- that didn’t sound too bad. She didn’t want to be in a relationship for the usefulness, she didn’t weigh the pros and cons. 

No, she wanted to be in a relationship because she adored her partner. Because she wanted to be able to be close to them and share the intimacy that came with dating. To just be able to sit side by side, to know that they were there for you... 

A friendship had similar aspects, but she wanted someone to share her life with. 

 “That doesn’t sound too bad, honestly. Wouldn’t mind maybe having a family eventually, y’know?”

     A slender brow arched upwards towards his hairline, expression almost comically unimpressed by the other’s outburst. Nobody could look him in the eye and tell him that Bakugou Katsuki didn’t have problems, and honestly, Hitoshi had been doing his goddamn best to not get caught up in them again. 

     ( he’d just been trying to walk past him in the hallway!! ) 

     “Holy shit. Don’t you ever get tired of being so antagonistic all the time??”
