#TBT I’ve never been big on birthdays, but when I turned 28, I decided to host a small gathering inviting a few close family and friends. Though I had been designing for about more than 8 years at this point, I had never designed anything for myself. Imagine designing countless flyers, invitations, marketing collateral and web graphics for clients, but never creating anything just for you? 😩 . 28 turned out to be the most transformative year of my life thus far, and I’m grateful to have these mementos from that day. Designing these materials were the first among many things I did for myself that year. 😏 . Don’t mind me.
