Effective advocacy is about building relationships, and the summer congressional recess is a great time to reach out to your Representatives and Senators.

Being an effective advocate means more than simply making a phone call or sending an email from time to time (though those things are important too!). It’s also about relationship building.

Me and my Fine-Free Subcommittee team from the #NewJerseyLibraryAssociation’s Diversity & Outreach Section published a Fine-Free toolkit for libraries to consider making the move. I had a great time participating and collaborating with my subcommittee members on this very important issue. Some highlights: • All libraries that have been fine-free for some time have described the experience as positive. • Impacts to budgets are typically small to nonexistent. • 20% of libraries have seen an increase in circulation. • 38.1% of libraries have seen an increase in library card membership. If you wanna do Connor if love to see what you come up with. 3 was actually the first game my family got after some hard times so I guess he was my first assassin. I also want it to be a character you'd like to write too. The next time I message I'll probably come off anon. Just got you. -njla

I’m happy with writing all the assassins, bar Shay Cormac (because I have not been anywhere near Rogue) and I dunno maybe Bayek? He’s just such a unique guy; don’t get me wrong like I’ll happily try but if he ends up sounding like a cowboy then that’s just me (and my obsession w/ RDR2 but we won’t talk about that.)

The request would be the character(s) finding out there s/o has trouble being alone for a long time and sleeping alone with some comforting? Like, a day or so they're fine but after that they become in edge, talk to themselves, and maybe try and make noise so it feels like there's people there. And it's because they come from a large family and was never alone growing up. And the s/o kinda feels dumb for being like this. -njla
