I may have been working on A Little Left of Right and it honestly feels very weird because that version of Bee is just… (comparatively) so well adjusted emotionally. Like, yeah, he’s still a child soldier, he lost his first parents during the Fall of Praxus, he’s got health issues, and there’s Tyger Pax. But apart from that? He has a functioning, supportive group of parents and actually got a somewhat functional childhood.

So, yeah. Kid misses his parents somewhat fierce and REALLY distrusts everything that is going on right now (who wouldn’t in his position?). But in comparison to Champions Aren’t Born or Numb Little Bug Bee? He’s doing so well that it keeps throwing me off. ^^”

I keep doubling back because I’m like - wait that can’t be right. Why is he communicating somewhat successfully/making friends/hasn’t already tried to crawl into the nearest vent?

I should, sometime, make a ranking of how emotionally well adjusted my different versions of Bee are (aka. I’ll do it if anyone is interested).

So I finished wednesday, and I think I figured out why I'm so ehh with all of the Xavier hate. Everyone says their beef is that Xavier was possessive and got overtly jealous too fast even though Wednesday hasn't given him any sign of being interested.

My thing is I never took or got it as him being possessive or jealous. Did anyone register that maybe it wasn't because she was seeing someone or going on dates with someone that made him upset.

Like with the information we're given about Tyler and his friends assaulting and destroying his mural. I'm decently sure that Xaviers beef is more on the side of trying to protect her from someone he knows is willing to hurt outsiders then jealousy.
