Vampires Be~gone

Hello Everyone!
If you're here, you're probably like me: allergic to garlic. That's right, I can't eat garlic bread. Or most other things.
I was diagnosed with IBS about 2 years ago and it has drastically changed the way I've had to shop, eat out, and cook. Since garlic is an aromatic, it's used as the base ingredient of a vast majority of dishes, especially in the U.S.
Being a college student, I can't afford any of those fancy subscription boxes of specialized foods or restaurants that actually clean the grill between orders. So I've had to get creative.
This blog will function mainly as a live cookbook, where I'll post my favorite recipes that are either completely garlic free or that are still great without the garlic. In addition, I will find and post recipes that were requested in my "requestipes" box. So if you have a request, feel free to send it my way!

Being a vampire would make me ten times hotter but it would suck in like every other aspect
