It's really stupid of me to even waste one second on basically any "political" thought people on tumblr have, but it never fails to amaze me, the way people treat real political and geopolitical issues as a sport and virtue signalling extravaganza, where you cheer on your Chosen Good Guys, and hate on the Designated Bad Guys, and think the Enemies of the Bad guy are innocent uwu babies who are your Friends. Fucking fairy tale logic.

People on the internet are ofc such learned individuals who are Experts on every chosen issue, despite not knowing anything about the Chosen Issues actual realities, not speaking any of the necessiary languages, have 0 knowledge of primary sources, are not actually affected by the chosen issues and have no capability to recognise the connected misinformation and propaganda (because it's really really hard to do so when you don't actually and personally affected by something, don't speak the language, don't live in that country etc.) but are very certain in their Saviour behaviour and happily spread Their Meesage.
