B struggling against A's hold just to really feel it, the fingers pressing into their skin, the weight of B on top of their body. A losening their grip, beginning to retreat, only for B to whisper no, please. Stay. A choking on their breath but ultimately moving in again, complying, because, yes, anything. anything for them.
