My Dear Friend A non I mus, Thank you for your ageless wisdom. You help us understand who we truly are and inspire us on our journey. I am so very glad I came upon your teachings. Can you help me understand that if we create our reality, why would a child choose to be trafficked, or molested or abused of. I have never been able to understand this. They are so defenless. I hope to hear from you soon. It tugs at my heart. Thank you. Lillian
Hello Lillian, my thoughts on the best way to cope with ‘children’ suffering (trafficking, abuse and so forth) is to become more mindfully detached by seeing the grander scheme of things. All external forms/appearances (including people, animals, nature, tribal wars, famine, disease, pollution, violence, etc.) are illusory and cyclical in nature; which is to say in a constant flux and therefore impermanent. Allowing your human mind to be attached and/or affected by the dualistic appearances being played out in the dream world will be a recipe for personal suffering.
You must align yourself with the formless realm of non-dual consciousness and see from a deeper level of unchanging, witnessing consciousness (universal organizing intelligence). Life is a short-lived play of forms, a sacred dance of contrast (male/female, good/bad, right/wrong, moral/immoral, light/dark, saint/sinner, right/left, up/down, etc.). All the world is a stage and every actor is programmed to play their part. The world is relatively real as an ‘experience’ (to the mind and senses) but not ‘absolutely’ real.
We only differ on the surface but deep down we are all the same unseen and all-pervasive I Am Presence.Anything that brings about an emotional reaction/trigger in you is an indicator - reminding you that you are still looking from a limited, fragmented perspective and have to wake up from the dream of separation (becoming more integrated and present). Emotional resistance can make this apparent world feel more real (solid) in which you will take your separate self and world more seriously. Do not to give your presence power away to phenomenal appearances. There is nothing wrong with feeling empathy and compassion for children in the world, but you cannot leave out your compassion for all other sentient beings; you must be impartial regardless of age, race, culture, species, and so on for they are all make up Cosmic Consciousness (All-That-Is). We are eternal beings and our essence can never be harmed. Rest in the indivisible truth of who you are and where you are from.
I hope this in some way helps,Anon I mus (Spiritually Anonymous)
