I did probably the only accurate re-creation of the It's About That Time (Miles Davis) chord progression including absolutely bonkers turnaround chording i could find anywhere.

This harmonic chording sent me on a quest when i was 18 to understand how to master the unexplainable emotions using tones. It was me seeing the iceberg moment of how much i didnt know about the topic then. Come to find out after years later that they didnt know what they played either for it and never duplicated the moment.

2nd Year Project: Pleasure and Pain

We went to the V&A Museum in London to see the Pleasure and Pain footwear display they had out to give us inspiration for our brief. I was inspired by the 2 getas out on display; to which i went on to look at kimonos and cherry blossoms.

I found this beautiful, black embossed leather that had a pearlescent and hand sewed all these flowers sequins to it. The leather comes down over the wooden platform. Hand painted the sole black with a red iridescent paint which matched up nicely to the flowers.

I was really proud of this design as it was pretty difficult to make; it was like a jigsaw puzzle but i managed to solve it along the way!
