HIGH COMMAND MANDATE 004 // UNIFICATION OF SYMBOL, LANGUAGE & MOVEMENT
This Mandate imposes the final alignment of semiotic systems within the Command Structure. All personnel, trainees, and auxiliary formations are hereby required to integrate their symbolic expression, verbal output, and physical movement into a unified command syntax.
1. SYMBOL // FIXED REPRESENTATION:
All symbols—crests, badges, gestures, and visual signifiers—must now adhere to the centralized command doctrine. Unauthorized variants, improvised gestures, or spontaneous iconography will be classified as visual drift and neutralized.
2. LANGUAGE // STRUCTURED VOCABULARY:
Speech is no longer communicative. It is instrumental.
Tone, pacing, and terminology must reflect the Doctrine’s formal register. Forbidden: softness, uncertainty, idiomatic imprecision. Authorized phrases only. All statements must serve either control, confirmation, or command extension.
3. MOVEMENT // REGULATED EXECUTION:
All movement must occur within predefined vectors: angular, geometric, deliberate.
The body is no longer organic. It is a glyph in motion. Emotional expression through gesture constitutes breach.
This Mandate eliminates divergence.
There is now only one axis: the line of Command.
Deviation will not be punished.
You are no longer multiple.
You are its pronunciation.
