Ingredients: 3 cups fresh raspberries. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup water. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Popsicle molds. Popsicle sticks.
Instructions: Put raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan and mix them together. Over medium heat, stir the mixture every now and then for about 5 minutes, or until the sugar is gone and the raspberries are broken up. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. Put the raspberry mixture in a food processor or blender. Blend in the lemon juice until the mixture is smooth. Put the mix into popsicle molds. Put in popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take between 4 and 6 hours or overnight. To take the popsicles out of the molds, run warm water over the outside of them for a short time.
