1. Your house is on fire - what three items would you save? Other than family members and my puppy who I’m assuming don’t count as items it’s difficult to think of things that couldn’t be replaced. Probably have to go with the family photo album with pictures from before everything was digital, the blanket my grandma knit me when I moved into residence at university and my memories box with all the tickets for places I’ve been and shows I’ve seen.

2. Favorite Disney movie? I have to go with Tarzan. It’s one of my favorite sound tracks.

3. What’s one of your guilty pleasures? (if you have any?) Stupid iPhone games. I get hooked on the really lame ones where you have to look after a family or you’re a celebrity or you have a town. Then I angry with myself for wasting time and delete it.

4. What’s the next place on your travel list that you’d like to go to? Luckily the next place on the list and the next place I have booked are the same place. London I will see you in under two months!

5. Do you consider yourself a morning or night person and why? Definitely a night person. I can be horribly short in the morning but by afternoon in a bit more bearable. I could stay up all night so long as there was something keeping my attention.

6. Coffee or tea? (And how do you take it?) Tea. Black, with milk or with honey depending on the type.

7. If you could invite someone, dead or alive, to dinner, who would it be and why? I'm going to steal Benedict's response to this and say my future husband because honestly on of my biggest fears is dating cause you know you're either going to break up with the person or marry them and frankly neither of those seem like something I'll ever be ready for.

8. If you could fix and eliminate one global conflict, which would it be and why? I have to admit I've been living in my safe bubble of the academic world and global conflict isn't an area I know much or anything really about. All I know is no one should have to live in fear but we're human so we'll never get it right. I wish the world was ideal and we could eliminate conflict with simple words.

9. What gets you fired up? (Could be positive or negative) The only thing that gets me really excited is film/tv/theatre. Specifically the sets, special effects and engineering side. Most other things I have no strong opinions on and honestly find it difficult to feel anything passionately.

10. What’s one food you can’t live without? Chocolate. I don’t think I go a day without it. I consider it a very important food group.

11. Name your top 5 songs at the moment (or whatever has spoken most to you through music recently). Flaws by bastille, mad world, welcome home by radical face, follow my feet by the unlikely candidates and brave by Sara Barreilles

I just gave noirhibou a very elaborately coded card for her birthday so we were having a conversation about how our whole obsessive need to write in codes all the time to eachother started and we realized our first code was because of a fanfiction. We owe the author of 'The Making Of' who we are today.

1.Best memory of a holiday? Can be a school holiday, or a holiday abroad, a bank holiday if you’re in the Great Britainland, anything.

That's a tough one, I've been on some amazing trips. I'll have to go with Costa Rica though. I went with my grade nine class on a missions trip to build houses. I'll never forget the moment we handed over the keys to the family we'd just built a house for. One of the most humanizing moments of my life.

2.Do you have any pets? What are they called? (and why are they called that, if applicable)

I have a dog named Miki. She came with the name, our little rescue mutt.

3.Favourite sweet thing(s)?

Chocolate.

4.Favourite fandom(s), if any? Not necessarily your favourite show/game/person/what have you.

Sherlock of course. I also adore the cabin pressure fandom. They're so tiny and happy and always make me smile.

5.What’s the most convenient superpower you’d want? For example, I’d love to be able to teleport other people 100m away from the really fucking annoying place they’re standing.

Just pause the rest of time while I take a break. Just to get the right amount of sleep or forget about priorities and game or watch a tv show without feeling like there's something productive I should be doing.

6.Do you play any instruments?

Clarinet, guitar and piano. I dearly wish that list was longer.

7.What’s your favourite item of clothing? (go all out here. what would be your dream item?)

Sherlock's coat. That coat has a mind of its own.

Gosh that's a hard one. I'm going with poortal but it's probably not and I just can't think of my actual favortie at the moment.
