Hi! The majority of all clothes/props are probably vintage pieces, simply to get that genuine 60s feel right - so yeah, hats off to Endeavour's costume & set design. Everyone did an amazing job.

Answer the questions from the person who tagged you and write eleven questions for them to answer.
Tag eleven people and link them to the post and let them know they were tagged.
1) Your house is on fire - what three items would you save?
Ooh, tough one. Probably my Macbook because it has my life's worth of photos, documents and memorabilia on there, and my two cats fill the other two slots. Everything else can burn. Soz.
2) Favorite Disney movie?
Another toughie!! It's probably Oliver & Company. Love the music, and it makes me cry every time. Manly tears. *ahem*
3) What’s one of your guilty pleasures? (if you have any?)
Greys Anatomy. It's one of those shows you watch where you know it's going to emotionally ruin you, but you love it all the same. Oh the feels.
4) What’s the next place on your travel list that you’d like to go to?
Japan - Should be going next year with my uni course. I'm well excited, if only to see the Studio Ghibli museum!
5) Do you consider yourself a morning or night person and why?
Night person for defs. For a start, it's 1:46am right now. Do you need more proof?
6) Coffee or tea? (And how do you take it?)
It's a very close call, but probably tea. Strong, white and 2 sugars.
7) If you could invite someone, dead or alive, to dinner, who would it be and why?
Heh, totes my crush, because in reality I really can't without breaking my "I've said enough" rule, but I really would love to just be able to hang out whenever.
8) If you could fix and eliminate one global conflict, which would it be and why?
Oh boy, there's a lot at the moment, and I feel so terribly uninformed about them all... I would probably go for the conflict between muslims and christians in the middle-east. Bit general I know, but hey.
9) What gets you fired up? (Could be positive or negative)
Talking about my shows! Currently: anything Marvel. Or really any big expansive fictional universe that I'm into. Supernatural, Game of Thrones, Elder Scrolls, Mass Effect, Greys, the list goes on...
10) What’s one food you can’t live without?
Chicken. I love fried chicken. Bacon is pretty high up on the list, but fried chicken is my go to food when I feel hungry. How am I not fatter...
11) Name your top 5 songs at the moment (or whatever has spoken most to you through music recently).
Hmm, 5 songs that stand out in my brain from recent listening are Radio by Lana Del Rey, Anything by From Indian Lakes, Shallows by Daughter, The Symphony of Blasé by Anberlin, aaaand Magic by Coldplay.
Now I should really go to sleep, but first I taggify:
mel-rose-13
sugarmagnolia-blossomsblooming
thegravioramanentblog
supernatural-hiatus
2tinfoxes
ramblingraindrops
beastofnorway
starlightstarbright0
poolsofmadness
weirdawks
up-beatrhythms
And now I should probably think of some questions for you to answer:
If someone gave you a box with a button and told you that if you press the button they would give you £1million but someone somewhere in the world would die, would you press it?
How long on average per day would you say you spent on Tumblr?
If you could take one creature from mythology and make it real, which would you choose?
Who is your favourite superhero and why?
How would you define your 'dream job'?
What is the strangest thing you've ever eaten?
If you were given a time machine with a single one-way trip left on it, what time would you go to?
You can have 3 pokémon to join you as companions in real life. Which 3 do you choose?
What would your ideal meal be? (Starter, main course, dessert, drink, place, company?)
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
What one piece of advice would you give to yourself ten years ago?
Have fun!
Wow, I've just read and watched Aki's (goflysomeplane) recap of the Cabin Pressure recording session! I MEAN WOW. YOU GO GIRL!! You handled everything so well and it's so cool to see that everyone you met was so lovely. I was so nervous for you and to be honest, I was nervous watching the video (especially when it came time for you to meet Benedict) but I'm so glad it all worked out on the day.
You are amazing and speaking as a fan of the series and a friend, I really want to thank you for putting these projects together. It's not an easy task by any means, especially since you're trying to earn a Masters degree right now. But you did it and everything ended up being brilliant! So thank you Aki for arranging it all and being a lovely representative of the fandot. You are fantastic!
Thank you Aki!!
After being bombarded with a whirlwind of pictures/videos/tweets about the final recording for Cabin Pressure, I was feeling even more sentimental than usual. As a result, I wanted to make a post dedicated to the astounding Thank You Cabin Pressure project and all that it's done for fans around the world who couldn't be there. The video is a prime example of how fandoms (or fandots) bring people together, and it's really quite touching to say the least.
I also want to give a huge thank you to the wonderful project coordinator/video editor/all around BAMF, Aki, possibly better known as goflysomeplane. She has done so much work to make this project possible, and it’s time we thanked her for her dedication.
From starting the project to spreading the word, from organizing the submissions to creating the video and keeping everything up to date (as well as keeping the fans updated), she’s put forth an insane amount of effort. And she is, of course, brilliant.
None of this would have happened without her. So from all of us who are members of the fandot, thank you Aki!
Not quite sure to respond to posts - but randomly! I was at Foyles in the cafe and saw her and asked my friend, "omg is that Loo?" It took a bit of maneuvering, but finally I mustered the courage to say hello. She was absolutely lovely, even though I later cringed at my level of intrusion.
Oh, that’s cool! She always does seem really lovely in interviews and stuff…. I bet if it were me I wouldn’t have the nerve to say anything, just sneak a look from afar haha (eep when I type that it seems a little creepy but oh well you know what I mean)

1.Best memory of a holiday? Can be a school holiday, or a holiday abroad, a bank holiday if you’re in the Great Britainland, anything.
That's a tough one, I've been on some amazing trips. I'll have to go with Costa Rica though. I went with my grade nine class on a missions trip to build houses. I'll never forget the moment we handed over the keys to the family we'd just built a house for. One of the most humanizing moments of my life.
2.Do you have any pets? What are they called? (and why are they called that, if applicable)
I have a dog named Miki. She came with the name, our little rescue mutt.
3.Favourite sweet thing(s)?
Chocolate.
4.Favourite fandom(s), if any? Not necessarily your favourite show/game/person/what have you.
Sherlock of course. I also adore the cabin pressure fandom. They're so tiny and happy and always make me smile.
5.What’s the most convenient superpower you’d want? For example, I’d love to be able to teleport other people 100m away from the really fucking annoying place they’re standing.
Just pause the rest of time while I take a break. Just to get the right amount of sleep or forget about priorities and game or watch a tv show without feeling like there's something productive I should be doing.
6.Do you play any instruments?
Clarinet, guitar and piano. I dearly wish that list was longer.
7.What’s your favourite item of clothing? (go all out here. what would be your dream item?)
Sherlock's coat. That coat has a mind of its own.
8.What’s your favourite game?
Gosh that's a hard one. I'm going with poortal but it's probably not and I just can't think of my actual favortie at the moment.
9.Middle name or, if you’re without, the name you’d like as a middle name?
I've got two - Alanna and Suki
10.If you had to bang one celebrity and one only, who would it be?
I'll let you take a look at my blog and leave you to your deductions.
New Questions:
Who would you be most frightened of hearing these words from "So I saw your blog"?
If we lived in an AU with pokemon as pets who would be yours?
Star Trek or Star Wars?
Which race from Middle Earth are you most like?
What would your Hunger Games strategy be?
If you could live anywhere where would you choose?
What type of phone do you have?
Look up from your computer, what's the first thing you see?
What's your favorite number?
If you could have dinner with a fictional character who would it be? Where would you take them?
Rules: In a text post, list 10 books that have stayed with you in some way. Don’t take but a few minutes, and don’t think too hard—they don’t have to be the “right” or “great” works, just the ones that have touched you.
Tag 10 friends, including me, so I’ll see your list. Make sure you let your friends know you’ve tagged them!
The Shadow of the Wind - Carlos Ruiz Zafon
The Hunger Games (Trilogy) - Suzanne Collins
Harry Potter (series) - J.K Rowling
Never Cry Wolf - Farley Mowat
Pride and Prejudice - Jane Austen
The Great Gatsby - F. Scott Fitzgerald

Happy birthday, Ash! Hope it's a lovely one! (And yay for October birthdays - I'm an October baby as well. We're the best sorts, in my opinions. I mean, we share a birthday month with Ben Whishaw, so I rest my case... ;D)
MTE! The most awesome people have October birthdays, I mean the track record speaks for itself, lbr. The three great pieces of evidence you just mentioned being the start. ;) We should carry this on into further study, I’m pretty sure we’d be proven correct. Thank you for the birthday wishes, bb. BTW, has your birthday gone by?! Either way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU TOO. <3
