Secondo l’Osservatorio Packaging del Largo Consumo di Nomisma (per Gifco), negli ultimi mesi le scelte d’acquisto degli italiani sono state guidate da fattori chiave come risparmio, salute, gratificazione e attenzione alla sostenibilità. Quasi un consumatore su quattro valuta prodotti a ridotto impatto ambientale, e il packaging si conferma elemento decisivo nel 36% dei casi.
Tra le caratteristiche più apprezzate spiccano praticità e funzionalità (56%), resistenza e protezione (52%), sostenibilità (48%) e sicurezza da contaminazioni (42%). Per un imballaggio considerato sostenibile contano soprattutto riciclabilità (54%), uso di materie prime riciclate (42%), possibilità di riutilizzo (40%) e biodegradabilità (36%).
L’overpackaging è percepito come spreco e sinonimo di scarsa attenzione ambientale, mentre tra i materiali ritenuti più sostenibili svetta il cartone ondulato, seguito da legno e pellicole compostabili. La percezione di un imballaggio “green” migliora anche la reputazione del prodotto e dell’azienda, viste come attente alla qualità e all’ambiente.
In risposta, la GDO italiana sta lavorando per ridurre l’impatto del packaging dei prodotti a marca del distributore, intervenendo su primario, secondario e terziario, e adottando modelli produttivi più sostenibili.

In den letzten Jahren haben vor allem die Arbeiten von Leslie Brubaker den (meinen) Blick auf den Bilderstreit verändert. In ihrer Publikation Inventing Byzantine Iconoclasm lässt sie den 'klassischen' Bilderstreit chronologisch in der Mitte der siebten Jahrhunderts 'aufziehen'. In dieser Chronologie soll die oben abgebildete Münze ("Nomisma") einen Anfang markieren (es gibt in ihrer Chronologie mehrere anfängliche Objekte).
Man sieht zwei 'Ikonen' im Sinne von eikon, also im Sinne eines Bildnisses, auch eines Bildnisses, das heilig sein soll. Das Bild als dasjenige, was täuschungs- und tauschaffiner sei als anderes: der Bochumer Rechtsoziologe sitzt einer langen Geschichte des Bilderstreites auf und pflegt das mit wissenschaftlichen Mitteln. Röhls Bildtheorie pflegt damit sogar eine gewisse Beziehung zu den Vorstellungen von Aby Warburg. Die Details machen dann den Unterschied, denn bei Warburg ist dann doch wieder alles anders.

Dal punto di vista immobiliare, il 2019 si è concluso con un numero di compravendite residenziali che hanno superato le 600.000 unità e un mercato degli investimenti corporate che ha superato di gran lunga il valore registrato nel 2017, già considerato un anno boom per l’attività degli investitori istituzionali sul nostro paese.
Dal punto di vista dell’andamento delle quotazioni, la rigidità dei prezzi che ha caratterizzato il ciclo immobiliare dalla crisi del 2008, in quasi tutto il territorio nazionale eccezion fatta per Milano, che tuttavia, secondo quanto presentato alcuni giorni fa da Nomisma, interromperà la lenta ripresa che aveva caratterizzato questi ultimi anni.
Le previsioni del mercato fornite ieri da Nomisma delineano uno scenario di sostanziale attendismo: sia dal punto di vista dei privati per le compravendite, che dal punto di vista degli investitori, che si presume rimarranno alla finestra con un conseguente rallentamento degli investimenti corporate.
Quello che emerge dall’analisi fornita da Nomisma è che alcune asset class che hanno già registrato un andamento interessante negli anni scorsi, come ad esempio quello del luxury real estate e quello della logistica manterranno il loro trend di crescita e in qualche caso potenzialmente incrementeranno la propria percentuale nei portafogli degli investitori istituzionali anche in considerazione della crescita del segmento dell’e-commerce che l’imposto periodo di lock down ha indubbiamente spinto.
Quello che è indubbio è che lo shock provocato dalla pandemia da Covid-19, ci porterà a concepire l’universo delle asset class immobiliari in modo sostanzialmente differente.
La diffusione e l’avvallamento dello smart working per molte realtà produttive porterà a concepire gli spazi dedicati ad ufficio in modo differente, le abitazioni stesse dovranno essere concepite per poter far convivere al proprio interno più “funzioni” in un sistema di immobili che dovranno sapersi adattare alle diverse necessità dei propri utilizzatori finali.
La presa di coscienza che il rischio epidemico non è più un retaggio dell’immaginario degli sceneggiatori di disaster movies, e porterà alcune realtà urbane a prevedere nelle infrastrutture immobiliari della città degli spazi multifunzionali che possano essere riconvertiti e utilizzati grazie anche a dotazioni impiantistiche in grado di supportare adeguatamente la funzione di degenza di potenziali pazienti.
Come ha evidenziato Nomisma il rischio che corre il settore immobiliare, nonostante la capacità di resistenza al deterioramento dell’economia, è di pagare un prezzo molto elevato.
