i’ve been trying to find this one specific meme that i KNOW exists for like the past hour and a half and i’m losing my mind it’s time for my phone a friend

the meme i’m looking for is a drawn meme (like in the style of the drawn yao ming or neil degrasse tyson memes) and it’s someone crying and cheering i think with a lightstick ??? that may have just been added on tho. anyway im losing my fucking mind, i’ve been searching for so long that i don’t even remember why i wanted to find it, but now i just need it for matters of principle.
