I wish it were easier to forget people (17.06)

That way, I wouldn’t have through the motions again. Of feeling I’m forgotten first. That I was just one more person in their world. Nothing that important. Nothing that truly mattered. Nothing revolutionary.

I just am. I’m here, scraping for pennies, trying to figure out my escape plan, as I usually do. Luckily I got my dog this time around. And we’ll be going on adventures. And I really hope I can save up enough so I don’t feel I’m not gonna make it. I’m gonna find a permanent job and shine.

Europe, here I come. One more time.

TestAS April 21st

Hey guys! So I’m preparing for my TestAS exam. For those who don’t know it’s called Test für Ausländische Studierende . It’s an exam for students outside the EU who want to study in Germany. Most universities accept the general SAT and ACT’s but German Uni’s also accept TestAS and some even require it.

There are two sections. The core test and the module specific test. So when you register, you have to specify which Module Specific exam you want to take. Some Universities tell you which one they want you to take but if you’re unsure you should ask the University you want to apply to which one they recommend. 

So, I’m taking the Core and Economics model test since I’m applying for a Business program in Germany. I’ll be documenting my study process up until exam date and then sharing how I did and what it was like.

Hey every non EU aupair!

How difficult was it for all of you to get your visas? I've potentially found an incredible host family in Italy but I need a visa soon! Like end of June soon... Should I be concerned? Any tips? How do I go about it? I need all the advice you have!
