I am not good with words at all so I don’t know how to explain that I’m a system because I have headmates but I don’t have DID/OSDD?
Systems without OSDD/DID exist!! Some systems have been like this since birth, some developed due to something that wasn't trauma and aren't disordered! some developed because of trauma, but are not disordered or at least aren't disordered in a DID/OSDD way! some formed to cope with something else, like mental illness!! Some formed because of hyperfixations/special interests!!
And many, many more other ways!
You are valid as a system, even if you are non-disordered!!
