A friend of mine just started this organization offering voice therapy for transgender and non-binary people

From their website:

Ozark Voice began with a mission to serve the transgender and non-binary communities of Arkansas, Missouri, Texas and California. Gender-affirming voice therapy is a proven and effective method of allowing those who have difficulty identifying with their current voice a way to discover their true voice.

Their facebook also lists Oklahoma and Kansas. I can’t imagine they would outright turn away people from other states, but it may be they accept insurance specifically from these states.
