🌱P E A & M I N T S O U P🌱 Last night we had a roasted salmon dinner and I lightly steamed the veg before roasting them with the fish (otherwise green beans and stem broccoli are tough). While the greens were being steamed in the Thermomix, the Pea soup was cooking underneath. .
