Meet Zachariah

I asked for name suggestions... and then promptly got bored playing this save 😂Pregnancies in my game are 6 days long and that was just too much of a wait this time apparently. But I finally had enough patience last night to play through the rest of Jessa's pregnancy and he's here! A variation of the name "Zach" was suggested twice so I went with Zachariah

And now a bunch of the pictures I captured playing last night because this game is really something else 😆

So I pulled Jessa from another save file & have had her saved to my library for years, just finally added her to a new save with this one. Her dad, based on her last name, was Kiyoshi Ito. So I created her mom in CAS since Jessa & Xavier both have the beloved trait, which means they won't be able to interact with their kids due to that bug, so I'll need someone in the house to introduce their infants to them so they can care for them. So this is her mom, Lacie. This will be relevant in a few pictures from now.

I had created Jessa's mom last time I played, so I of course forgot about her existing this time and was hovering over this Sim walking by, wondering how the hell Jessa had a friendship bar with her and who the hell is Lacie Ito?! Then I saw she was an "adult" and not a teen and finally remembered THAT'S HER MOM YOU FORGETFUL CHEESE BRICK! I think her mom is excited for the faerie pack 😄

Labor started & Jessa is looking at Xavier like "You did this to me, you fucktart"

I love his face in this one, like he feels so bad for what she's going through. Or is completely uninterested but we're gonna go with him having a beautiful heart, k?

I didn't want to build a house just for Lacie so I moved her in with Cailyn's parents. I love that Brandy came with Lacie to stay after the baby was born 🥹mamas taking care of a new mama is so beautiful.

Excuse ma, ma'am... YOU'RE THE MIDWIFE and I'm not paying you to sleep in my bed! (although inevitably that's exactly what happened. The bill was nearly $700 because SHE WOULD NOT LEAVE. I finally noticed her eating & chatting with the moms on the balcony & dismissed her)

Yeah that's right, Johnny. Eyes front, sir. (Johnny is Cailyn's dad. She & Jessa were pulled from the same save file if I remember correctly)

Does somebody wanna, I dunno, CHANGE THE SCREAMING BABY'S DIAPER?? Anybody?? Grandma Lacie was fixing a broken toilet & Jessa & Xavier were trying to make another one of these wiggly baby things. You came to help, so... HELP.

Daddy duty, feeding his son his mama's milk 🥰 Once Zachariah ages up to infant I'll freeze his aging and move onto Wyatt & Liam's house to get them married & have their first baby 🥳

It didn’t start out so good but in the end they welcomed baby Kennedy Owis.

🍄: Leah ended up being able to deliver the baby naturally after a few hours. She meditated, soaked, and did some breathing exercises and things started to move along.

Apollo and Naya Grant are getting ready to go take an afternoon swim. Apollo, still fully clothed, watches his very pregnant wife. Something seems to be bothering her.

“What’s wrong?” Apollo questions her. She had been quiet most of the day, which wasn’t her normal behavior. Unless she’s angry, but he didn’t feel like that is what is going on.

“I’ve felt weird all day.” Naya explained, rubbing her lower back. It had been hurting her all day, which wasn’t totally out of the normal lately – being so close to the end of her third trimester.

Apollo opened his mouth to respond when Naya felt it. “I think my water just broke.”

Apollo stood there, rooted in his spot. It was the moment they had been waiting for. “Did you hear me?!” Naya yelled at him as pain hit her. The worst pain she had ever felt in her life.

Apollo finally snapped into action, calling their midwife on the phone. They had chosen to have AJ delivered at home. His Mom, Evie, had both of her children in the very house they stood in. Naya wanted to follow in her footsteps. It made Apollo love her even more.

Hours later…

Shortly after 11 pm, Apollo Paka’a Grant Junior was born. Named after his father and grandfather. AJ came a bit early, much to Naya’s relief. After spending time bonding with their newborn, Apollo knew he had to call his sister and share the news with her.
