January 4th
Today has been good so far. I got in a 30 minute weight lifting workout while my daughter took her afternoon nap. I plan to ride my bike for 30 minutes tonight after she goes to bed, too. My cat got a little bit of entertainment while I was working out.
My eating has been going well the last couple of days. I've been trying to vary my meals a little bit and include vegetables in every meal. Last night I had to fight off the urge to overeat. I wasn't hungry. I was just anxious and I'm not really sure why.
I've decided to do my own spin on the "75 Hard" challenge. That is, I like the premise of creating structure for a short period of time.
My rules are:
If you mess up one day, start over.
Take weight every morning.
Complete Noom lessons and food log daily.
Drink 8 cups of water daily.
No fast food or restaurant foods.
No sugary sodas, coffees, energy drinks, juices, etc.
Complete 4, 30 minute minimum cardio workouts per week.
Complete 3 weight lifting workouts per week.
Keep calorie intake within Noom guidelines.
