Turkey and Swiss on whole wheat thin slice bread, cheddar cheese cubes, broccoli, carrots, grape tomatoes, and plain Greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning to dip them in. Yum!

The last few days have been really good. I made a couple of not-so-great food choices over the weekend, but I stayed within my calorie. I'm happy about. I also didn't go overboard with the "well, I'm already off track. I might as well also have..." mentality which I'm really proud of.
I'm down to 244.8lbs this morning! I'm really excited about that. I had an entire week where the scale didn't do anything. Trying to remember that consistency is key. A pair of my favorite leggings is too big to wear now and I'm kinda bummed. I wore them yesterday and they kept falling down.
I did a lower body workout yesterday and I am feeling it today. I need to do some stretching today to try to loosen up my legs a little bit. I wish I had a foam roller so I could massage them. I'm planning to do a 35 minute bike workout tonight, too.
Tomorrow I'll be doing an upper body workout but no cardio. Friday and Saturday I'll be doing a 35 minute cardio workout on my bike. I'll also be doing an ab and core workout on Saturday. Sunday I'm going to rest and spend some time stretching. I think on Monday I'm going to try some yoga.

January Recap:
So January didn't exactly go as I'd hoped and planned it would. I still made progress, but not anywhere near what I'd have liked to make. I had the flu for two weeks and didn't exercise. Though I tried to eat well while I was sick, some days I just couldn't because I couldn't stay awake or stand long enough to cook anything. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out. I started January at 254.2lbs and I weighed 246lbs a few days ago. I just started my period and was 247.6lbs this morning because of the bloat from that.
February Goals:
Get to 240lbs or less
Cardio workout 4 times weekly
Strength training 3 times weekly
Complete Noom lessons & food tracking daily
Drink 64oz of water daily
No fast food!
