10:30 am - 12 pm - Intake: Greet Food Rescue volunteers at front entrance. Easiest for Food Rescuers to pull up at front entrance and unload on sidewalk. Use platform trucks to bring rescued food into the space the church has provided. Ensure any products requiring refrigeration are placed in the cooler or refrigerator.

2 pm - 3:30 pm - Packing: Pack food into boxes or bags to distribute to families and individuals in need. Ensure portions are accurate, and items are handled with care.

3:30 pm - Transport: Pick up the packaged food and deliver it by leaving it outside the homes of the affected families. Each driver should be able to carry enough for at least two families.

Distribution takes place at Palabra Viva located inside the buidling at 25 Van Zant Street. You can park in the lots to the east and west of the building, or in overflow parking across the street. Enter the building via the front entrance, walk through the lobby past the koi pond to the second glass door on the left, and then follow that hallway to the second door on the left.
