I learned a few years ago that it was NOT a good idea to get Le Gruyere #cheese at Costco. It was nowhere near as big as the giant blocks of cheese they hand out at the European Curling Championships, but mom and I still had a hard time getting through it all. Got some #skiqueen #Norwegiancheese I’ve never had #caramelcheese before and one of the flavors was #goat so of course the packaging caught my eye and had to get both. I’m excited for the upcoming #ECC2021 but also full of anxiety since I have work deadlines and San Diego Comic Con Lite all the same week of Thanksgiving.
