I have been smoke free for a bit ove a week, minus the momets that I caved which were exactly twice. And they were guilt ridden and not very enjoyable. I think that slipping up here and there is okaaay so long as I keep to my routine. I have basically replaced smoking with drinking insane amounts of water, which sounds really weird, but everytime I want a cigarete I chug glass after glass of water and it seems to help. Also I have totally eliminated my three to four cups of coffee a day thing, I now only drink tea in the morning. Very pleased with new lifestyle changs, especially because I haven't put on any quitting cigarette weight yet, but it has only been a week.

I've been smoking since I was 16 ,I'm lactose and gluten intolerant and due to a shit liver I don't processes sugar very well plus I'm slightly addicted to salt. HOWEVER today is 5 days no smoking ,no gluten, no diary,no sugar and a major cut down of salt. 5 days might not seem like much but I feel like my whole world has changed . Long live this bitch!
