कभी-कभी काम में सबसे बड़ा सहारा वो लोग होते हैं जो हर बार हमारे साथ खड़े रहते हैं। लेकिन आज… हालात अलग हैं। सपोर्ट देने वाली टीम कहीं और है, दबाव डालने वाली टीम अलग। हर चीज़ पहले से प्लान्ड है, जगह तय हो चुकी है, प्लान तैयार है, बस उसे अंजाम देने के लिए ज़रूरी हाथ अब साथ नहीं हैं।

ऊपर से बॉस का दबाव — "आज ही तैयार करो… PPT भी भेजो… कर पाओगे या नहीं?" और फिर वो एक लाइन — "मुझे नहीं लग रहा कि तुमसे होगा" — दिल के आर-पार तीर की तरह लग जाती है।

क्योंकि बात सिर्फ काम की नहीं होती… ये भरोसे की बात होती है। और जब भरोसा हिलता है, तो दिल पर बोझ और भी बढ़ जाता है।

लेकिन शायद… यही पल हमें साबित करने का मौका भी देता है। कि हम सिर्फ सपोर्ट पर नहीं, अपनी हिम्मत और हौसले पर भी खड़े हैं।
