Here’s my Hot Take: I know people love all these old shows — West Side Story, Company, Oklahoma, The Music Man, etc. They’re fine and all, but we are evicting new, fresh shows (most with a huge following) to make room for revival after revival. GIVE NEW SHOWS A CHANCE!!!!!

The age of the internet has ushered in an entire new fan base for theatre and every single time a new show aimed at anyone under the age of 40 opens, it is the old white guys that give it pissy reviews because they think their elitist opinion matters and (unfortunately) it does to the people with the $$.

Put professionally recorded classics (see shows listed above ^) on BroadwayHD and then give the stages to new shows so they can make their own impact.
