If the Jedi Order is so wonderful and peaceful and perfect, how is it that they managed to be in charge of a human army that their own Republic considered property? How did they manage to become commanders in a war where they had to kill people, regardless of the war being supposedly against drones?
Multiple southeastern and eastern philosophies either believe in reincarnation and/or an eternal soul. How can a person die at absolute peace when they're in the middle of war & they've had to lead men into battle knowing they may lose some? ~That's a bit much. There's a lot of talk for the council but neither they (nor the commanders) are shown questioning the constant frontlines & unceasing directives. The senior members also don't show compassion to their own jedi on a regular basis or equanimity, certainly not regarding judgment.
Beautiful does not mean flawless.
