Hey gang anyone know how to deal with muscle pains while you also have sun burn over the muscles

#not gar #I realized I forgot sunscreen at home only after I looked down and my entire arm was red #can't massage them or take warm baths without a lotta pain and my ibuprofen doesn't work great

I'm really sorry for not doing more on this blog, I've been incredibly sick for the past month and haven't really had the time or energy to make this an actual thing other than a single post every now and then. I'm going through the medical wringer right now, but once I'm well I'll hopefully be able to put some actual effort into this damn thing.
