Hello, there! Just stopping by to hear a little about your WIP! What, in your opinion, makes your WIP unique? What makes your WIP stand out?
well talking about the arts of being and my flatbio stuff.. its that its all about geometric shapes in a 2d world. uh you dont see that very often.
For my other writing projects that aren't related to Flatland and stuff, (Nine Lives/Purposed, Autophagia (tho im not sure if ill continue it) and They Whisper at Dawn) its a similar reason. Xenofiction. You don't see a lot of rain world fanfics centered on a sewer rat trying to survive and stumbling into enlightenment, its all mostly iterator angst or slugcat romance and all - which isnt bad, but its all pretty.. human. Same or worse goes for They Whisper at Dawn, i dont think ive ever seen a xenofiction work focused on plants. If you have, let me know lol.
ok not geonetry but read this
from Empire of The Ants
here you go lol
An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works
yeah its a mess, stay tuned cuz i update kind of quickly (update announcements and doodles will go at @cringecat69 because this isnt a flatland-centric thing)
fun fact i used to love reading pages on tv tropes for some reason and half of my motivation [other half is you and the other half is autism] for my despicable writing decisions comes from the hope that one day I might see my stuff there [likely not-] but yeah. What motivates you, flamily?
if you dont mind me asking, how does your barcode conlang work?
in short: it doesn't
I'll see if i can dig up the papers where i scribbled the alphabet but its an unfinished project of mine that funnily is mostly readable in 2d even if it's pre-flatland era stuff.
I had some ideas for it but i never wrote them and forgot them. I'd work again on it if i wasn't so obsessed with shapes or knew how in Providence's name you're supposed to make a conlang.
I do remember the pronunciation of some of it. Literally sounds mostly like static- very fun noises to make but a pain of a language. would not reccommend.
PROBABBLY YAY!!!
what am i
ALSO YAY!!! FRIENDSFRIENDS
