Does anyone who follows this blog have any experience with ouija boards? I made one but I haven't been able to work past the cultural fear and the unknown to actually use it.

I was making a motivation jar for my studying and my candle wick sorta maybe exploded a little.

I got my pendulum out to just double check that this would even work and I got repeated enthusiastic 'yes' swings.

So I got curious, and asked if the candle wick going off like a firecracker was just a fluke, and I got a 'no'.

I asked if it was someone who caused it. 'Yes'.

Obviously I asked if they meant me harm but that was a gigantic no. But I asked if it was whoever controlled the wind (I've spoken with the wind for years and have been researching the different beliefs surrounding it since my start in witchcraft) and my pendulum stopped dead, not even the usual tremble from me holding him.

When I asked if it was a deity he started swinging again and gave a yes, but gave another no when I asked if knowing them would help me right now.

When I asked if they controlled the wind again I got another complete standstill.
